The Federation actually find the word “worry” interesting. It’s a human construct.
So they’d like you to use the words “being aware” of your parents instead of “worrying” about them. Instead of creating the situation where you’re putting a lot of stress on yourself, and again it’s just mental stress that wears away at you. They would like you to work with your breath, your third eye – which is a “seeing” chakra, but it also at your temples, which is a listening chakra – and your throat chakra. Opening that space so that you become very aware – sort of like a light house, and you’re shining light on situations, so you’re being able to see clearly what’s happening. So that if something happens with your parents you can be the catalyst for creating some change that needs to happen.
