Flowers of New Life – A Channeled Message

From the Starseed Nation, a group of galactic Masters:

We come to you in Love.

And we surround you now with the flowers of new life. We paint these flowers yellow and orange and green. These colors signify a depth of positivity.

Imagine this, as we place these flowers in a crown around your head, as an offering to your heart, and as we spread petals beneath your feet. You are walking a new earth. You are moving into a time of new energies. You have a myriad of new opportunities in front of you.

The cold that you feel as you go outside gives the illusory effect of stillness and quiet. Historically the depth of winter brings fear and worry, hunger and hardship. But you who read this today need not experience any of those issues any longer. The winter months are merely another time of year, a time of contrast to the warmer summer months.

You may find inner growth comes easier now. You may find ideas and opportunities coming your way. This work, always done on the inner levels of your being, begins to manifest physically as the days go on. Keep the hope alive in your heart. Keep optimism alive in your mind. You know not what is around the corner for you. Just know it will look and feel like something new, like something different.

Stay with your Self. Meaning, stay centered, and take time for inner contemplation. This is where change initiates. We are here with you, walking by you as you embark on this chapter. Thank you.

A Channeled Message – January 2023

(This is a message directly channeled from the Federation of Councils in January 2023. Please excuse any language or grammar that isn’t proper. These are their words, not mine.)

There is a great wave coming in 2023. A great disruption. We see it like a wave of water being pulled out into the ocean gathering power, cresting and beginning to find its way up and back towards shore. This is a wave of Truth. This is a wave of disruption.

It will leave many uncomfortable… it will leave many at a loss. The loss will come as great foundations that have been laid and trusted and believed in for millennia will begin to crash falter and fall. This will leave many clamoring for understanding… what is actually the truth… what is actually the truth?

But for others… for you… you have tools that you have been building on for the last two, five even 10 years. Tools for inner peace, centering, connection. And you will be asked to practice and hone your skills with these tools. This is the time It’s finally the time.

We ask you to go inside yourself — falling, falling, falling into your heart and even lower down. Down, down into your root. We ask that you connect deeply into the planet, the Earth, your Mother, for this is actually where truth resides. Your truth. Your inner truth resides through your connection with the Mother. This is where you find, again, your center, your compass your true north, as they say, to take your next steps forward.

Now, just understand that these next steps may not look in any way like the steps prior did. The past is now truly becoming the past and the future now is truly becoming new and unknown. Please revel in this knowledge. Celebrate this reality. It’s what you are here for. No matter what your age, no matter what your status, if you are reading to this, we know it is because you are heralding in the new as you very clearly release the old and let it go… and let it go… and let it go. Knowing — please, please — knowing what vast benefit this will be for humanity. Thank you.

Anchoring in the New

I don’t have to tell you how the earth is churning. How too many deaths, anger, hatred, fire, drought, flooding and more are both illustrating our latent fears and causing new ones. It is exhausting.

We are in the midst of an experience that is beyond us. We are part of a much bigger, grander picture that is rolling the energy of the planet over on its head, ushering in the higher dimensions. These changes are beyond the individual. This is a planetary shift, affecting the whole of this creation — the Big Picture. Earth as Mother, as Nurturer, as the Child of human creation.

Our Guides, Masters and Teachers have been helping prepare us for years. They have offered us the tools to see us through, while warning us of great environmental changes, viruses, and the 6th mass exodus. And here it is and here we are. How do we navigate our own needs, motivations and desires while we are steeped in a reality that is chaotic? Sometimes all we can do is wait for our turn. Timing is everything.

Each of us has our own personal needs, wants and desires. Our Heart yearns. Our Ego wants. We want to know when these needs will be met. “What am I doing wrong? Why can’t I manifest what I want?”

These times challenge our egos to their depths. Let us remember (or begin to know) the Truth of who we are — multidimensional beings who have accepted the unparalleled assignment of ushering in a new age for an entire planet.

At the most difficult trying times, send your blessings to the Earth for her life and soul. Trust Universal Light to continue to raise the vibrations of each and every one of us — gently — and in so doing, cleanse us all of our fear, illness and belief in separation so that we may remember our fundamental connections. And bless, too, humanity and the human spirit. Let us all hold the faith that we will find our way out of this chaos and advance into societies of respectful collaboration.

Fear Less: Tips and Tool to Stay Well

I have been thinking about you! I hope you are well as we as a society make our way through this confusing and chaotic time.

How can we not be aware of the fear that is permeating our environments? After all, what will this virus mean to us, to our loved ones, to our jobs and our livelihoods? The messages from political officials and the media hit us in the place where we realize we have no control. Add to that past life memories of other widespread disease and plagues, and we feel like we don’t know where to turn.

Please hold in your mind that many people are recovering from this flu. Remember, too, that life and death are the givens. We never know how long we have in this incarnation, and afterwards we return safely to spirit to live many other times over.

The best any of us can do is train our minds to stay present. Experience the here-and-now for what it is: confused, chaotic, safe. The more we stay present, the more mental and physical energy we have for difficult times… if and when they arrive.

Your sophisticated physical body exists because of the intelligence of your cells. And the intelligence of your cells exists because of their Connection to Source Energy.

In the absence of negative emotion—and therefore the allowance of complete alignment and communication with Source Energy—your physical body can reclaim its balance and recover from any imbalance. And once balance has resumed, it is easy to maintain with consistently good-feeling thoughts.

On Forgiveness

Question: We talked in the last book (4th-Dimensional Healing) about the detriment of holding onto toxic thoughts and feelings. Can you go more into depth about that?

Answer: The conscious mind is built to reason and reflect and take appropriate action as needed. But it is your subconscious mind that rules most of your decisions. The subconscious is the totality of all of you– your past, your family’s past (your heritage, genetic lineage, epigenetics), and your experiences over lifetimes. Your subconscious mind holds an intelligence of safety that spans lifetimes.

Unresolved feelings, memories, beliefs about life and beliefs about death, are ever present even when you are not consciously aware of them. They help create the fabric of who you are as an individual. But you are also ever-pliable — made to change, grow and improve. You have the ability to uncover the subconscious mind’s conclusions, and release obsolete ideas and choose new ones.

Toxic thoughts and feelings cause you pain, even when you truly believe them to be true. They eat away at you, causing you to age and lose vitality. They lower your vibration, diminishing the Light you emanate into the world.

Your feelings are your humanness. Honoring and processing hurt, anger, resentment, etc., and taking into account what is yours and what it the other person’s, is the first part of any process. Over time you choose what you want to live with and what you don’t. Time offers the maturity and experience necessary to reevaluate your thoughts and beliefs.

Physical discomfort or illness can highlight subconscious feelings and beliefs. These are optimal opportunities to delve more deeply into what is held energetically, physically and metaphysically. When yo sees all discomfort as self-imposed, you can take responsibility for investigating and exposing the internal sources.

Healing the mind and body requires you to restructure, re-pattern and, finally, forgive.

Restructure: Change a framework or erasing the thought. Choose a new way to perceive or believe. Use the experiences you have built over time to reframe beliefs developed by your less mature mind or less developed soul.

Re-pattern: Clear out old energy, break up energetic patterns using physical and energetic therapies. (These may include acupuncture, yoga, massage, physical therapy, somatic therapy, Reiki, EMDR, craniosacral therapy, etc.) Develop new stories and ways of using words to describe past situations and events. This will have a direct effect on how you feel.

Forgiveness: This is the ultimate change agent, no matter whether you are forgiving yourself or someone else. Forgiveness comes from understanding and compassion. Ultimately it is the way of freeing yourself from the confines of negativity or toxicity.

You may forgive yourself by recognizing that you have a new understanding based on more information and experience. You may recognize that your intentions were never to harm, even though you harmed yourself in the end. This requires humility– a diminishing of the ego– and self-honesty.

You may forgive others by recognizing the same– all human beings are fallible, succumbing to their own fears and misguided intentions. People who act out violently, or even evilly, are often so far removed from their true humanity as to have no connection to their actions and the subsequent consequences. They are “out of their minds”. Forgiveness comes when one recognizes there is no benefit to holding onto the memories or allowing them to shape one’s life. And true complete forgiveness comes when you remember that, on the soul level, no one is a victim. There is always a higher-level agreement. Instead, use all experiences as opportunities to evolve with compassion.

Forgiveness is what you do for yourself, not for the other person. Forgiveness is when you know you are ready to stop holding onto those feelings. Forgiveness comes when you are ready to heal. Forgiveness is your release.

What Are Your Thoughts?

The chaos in the world is starting to get to me. It’s hard to stay away from the news — something I have done for the last 30 years — but suddenly I can’t stop looking to see what new atrocity has occurred. At the core, I believe that this is a time when underlying emotions are rising to the surface to be seen, understood and healed. But, whew! It’s challenging to be confronted by so much all at once.

Look, we’re all human, and it is the human condition to have fears and emotions about everything, and to judge situations as they happen. However, it is inappropriate to let fear be the overriding emotion upon which we base our decisions in the now or our assumptions of the future.

The best way to be a positive contribution to our own lives is to examine our thoughts — all of them, down to the smallest reactions and the smallest inconveniences. We must learn to flip the switch from negative to neutral when reacting to a situation that is out of our control. We can be vigilant about our thoughts and projections onto other people and events. It is also important to be checking in with our own prejudices, judgments and minor aggressions.

We can choose to bring light into our lives regardless of what is happening outside of ourselves, even while staying compassionate and caring. We have so many luxuries in this country that others don’t have access to. And even when we are going through challenging, difficult, hard times, we must remember that things eventually improve and, as a country, we are still luckier than most. We are also conscious enough now to know that we are the powerful creators of our lives, and if we have created something we don’t like, we are equally able to create something new and different at any time.

Here is a practice that may help you make a simple shift:

Notice what your first thoughts are when you wake up in the morning. Where does your mind go? Do you wake up thinking, “Ugh, another day.”? Do thoughts of your day’s obligations spring to mind? Or do you bring back emotional turmoil from the day before?

How many days a week do you open your eyes and think, “Yes! I am so excited to do today!”?

Try this experiment for a week: notice your first thoughts in the morning, and see if changing any negative or low-vibrational thoughts into something positive effects your day. Notice if it effects your attitude. Notice if it effects your relationships.

Here are some practices to try upon awakening:

• Smile;
• Recite an affirmation (I am fond of the Access Consciousness affirmation, “All of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory.”);
• Think of those you love;
• Relish the miracle of your breath or the movement of your body;
• Think of something you have to look forward to;
• As you think of your daily To Do list, reframe it as things you get to do, not things you have to do.

Let’s continue to create the positive energy we wish to see and have in the world. The Aborigine saying comes to my mind, “Dream the world into being.” The fact that we are alive here and now means that we have the power to make a huge difference, even starting from a small spot. The world needs us all to wake up.
