There can be a great dissonance between our Divine Essence and the human bodies we inhabit. It is felt in the groan of bone and muscle, maladies of the heart, and the seemingly incurable dis-eases that plagues us. A lack of physical health and wellness can deter us from a sense of fulfillment.

If instead we worked with the body’s innate wisdom to understand our illusions and programming that keeps us distracted and imprisoned? How can we honor and adore them as the loving, conscious vehicles that they are?

Join Randi and Michelle as they explore these questions with curiosity, open hearts, and open minds. Michelle will use tools from Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) to help identify and clear related energetic blocks while Randi channels messages from various galactic groups. Participants will engage in guided reflection and practice simple spiritual techniques to help integrate what comes through.
